Crash while finalizing

Version 1.3.0 Crahses during progress bar when finalizing rig. Crashes every time. Tried models with saved AccuRIG data that have worked before, also tried letting the software doing everything without manual editing of joints. It crashes every time at about 81% into finalizing.

OS: Windows 10

Hi, I was asked to provide my character and system info.
It crashes with all the Sample Characters provided with the software, Bianca, Craig and Pete, from File > Load Sample Character.
It crashes with everything I tried at the exact same point of finalizing, but since it also crashes with the sample characters I don't feel I need to share any specific model, right? This is new with this version, the previous version didn't crash.
I'm attaching the system info, generated as requested,

How come all the responses are private? This is very frustrating and maybe one of these private response could be a fix… I am having the same issue. Crashes at 81% no matter what character is used. I wish I could just go back the the previous version when it worked like how Adobe does. Is there a solution that can be shared with everyone?
