Coverting Cartoon Characters to Game Base breaks the blend shapes 80% of the time

When converting the Reallusion Cartoon Characters to Game Base, the blend shapes are breaking. The eyelids doesn't close all the way.

When going to 256% in Max, it seems to look correct - but only for certain parmeters. Others are fine at 100%. It seems to be a bit-conversion that is messing it up.
