Convert Traditional to PBR fail and crash
When I try to convert Traditional textures to PBR, iClone pauses for a long time and then crashes. Everything I have is up to date and this has been happening since the most recent update. It mostly happens from items I buy from the marketplace that are tagged version 5 or above if that helps.

I download prop that are tagged version 5 or above from marketplace,but I can't replicate this bug.Can you provide your prop file and crash dump file to us?Attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
