My computer crashed and I had to reinstall. All programs have been updated to current version. When I try to reinstall this content I get a message saying I need to update. Kind of important as I use this for work and need the hair for a project I am working on.

The Conforming Hair requires Character Creator v2.3 / iClone v7.2 or above to use, please make sure the version of your Character Creator 2 meets the requirement. You can check the version number in the About dialog of Character Creator 2.
If the version of your Character Creator 2 is correct, and it still won't install, please provide your system information file to help us identify the problem.

You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the file available to us and email the link with "FT3856" in the email title to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.
