Cloth items become static with Iray render if tessellated or have a displacement map
Any cloth/shoes/hair which is tessellated or have a displacement map, becomes static in Iray render while character is animated.
Those items "freeze" at the position of the timeline scrabber and do not move in the image sequence or MP3 renders.
On a screenshot hair and boots are tessellated.
Note: there is no problem with preview. Iray renders correctly any current frame.
