Clicking on the voice or music volume buttons on the player
You had no appropriate tag. It's iClone itself.

I have a corrupted iClone 8 animation file. Maybe it was too long when I created it, but reducing the length did not fix it.

The volume buttons on the play bar both cause lockup for close to a minute.

But so does clicking on many other things. Selecting an iAvatar for example, can cause a lockup.

Moving the slider bar through the timeline can cause a completely crash, with the recovery file also causing instant crash if you choose to save it.

The computer, memory, and graphics card is the best you can get for under $7000, for this animation purpose.

Thanks!  If it comes up again I'll send it, but I gave up and started over the next day.  That file is long gone.

I'll save it if it happens again.

I've since reduced to 24fps.  And broken that animation into two pieces, each less than 10 minutes.

It's not actually a good idea to do 60fps!

Disney doesn't.

ChatGPT said it will look funny to viewers.  Like a video game.

Not a cartoon or movie.
