In that video, the blinking animations on the characters in 3DXChange appear to be automatically reproduced in Unreal Engine. However, when I follow these instructions, and open up the animation sequences imported from 3DXChange into Unreal Engine 4.15.1, the characters never blink.
Should the blinking from characters in 3DXChange automatically be translating to blinking in Unreal Engine? If not, is there a known manual workaround?

SOLVED: I realised I wasn't importing correctly into Unreal Engine. The Import dialogue in version 4.15 / 4.15 now hides important options such as "Import morph targets" and you can only see it if you think to expand the dialogue.

Further to the above, I've discovered the problem is bigger than I described above; none of the Anim Curves are working in Unreal Engine.
The skeletal animations work fine, but the Anim Curves - while they appear to be imported into the engine - don't seem to have any effect on the animation. In other words, opening up the Skeleton or Animation in Persona shows up the Anim Curves (eye lids, brows, etc) but sliding them up or down doesn't appear to have any effect on the character being animated.
