I can't really give you steps to reproduce since every time I use Pro mode in Headshot I get this problem. Even when my client and I use the same images his works fine while mine always gives me black, demonic eyes.
My steps: Load CC3, go to HeadShot tab, select an image I was mailed or that I took at full resolution using my Galaxy S8, click the button to generate (either male, female or generic, all the same result), wait... done. The head was generated and my eyeballs are demonic. Every time.
Is there some obscure setting somewhere that I have to set to fix this or what' the deal with these black eyeballs? :(
I've reinstalled CC3 about 5 times, different locations, and I have exactly the same problem - black eyeballs.
This is compounded by a message that files are missing and offers me an option to auto-search.
I have completely uninstalled everything and reinstalled, everything to defaults and it's still happening :(
