Character Creator 3 (Pipeline) crashes on start up
I am trying to start Character Creator 3 pipeline version for the first time. I get a message window. Get new serial number error: no internet. then it locks up and closes. I have internet connection, obviously i am using it now to send this email. It is a satellite internet, this always causes minor problems when it comes to Reallusion software (doesn't cause trouble with other software) but I can usually work around it. In this case I don't get a second chance to confirm the hookup it just crashes.

Here is the info you requested.
Note: I believe the problem is related to the ping response time of my satellite system, as i was able to resolve the problem using my phone as a hot spot. Another user who had this same problem was also trying to setup CC3 using a Satellite internet link. My ping is 550ms to 600ms but my download speed is usually 10mbps to 40mbps. This has always been a problem with the Reallusion download and verification system.
Would it cause trouble to adjust the no internet response time to accommodate this ping rate?
Note: although i was able to use my phone to move forward would be nice if this problem was resolved for Satellite users because I don't have good service here and this system isn't portable.
