Hi Calvin, I use Reallusion Hub for all my product updates, and before posting this question, I saw this tip in a similar ticket. When I restarted after uninstalling smart gallery, it was still timing out. I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall CC in order to get it to work. Thanks for following up!
Hi KromantiKing, Did you patch the CC via Reallusion Hub? Also, if you have installed Smart Gallery, please uninstall it then try to launch CC again to see if the issue still exist. Thanks for your help! Calvin Reallusion.
