Character Creator 2 (Beta) not working
Dear Sir/Madam
Please find a video screen shot https://youtu.be/vhCbp9VesLg of the newly installed Character Creator 2 Beta 1. You will noticed when the programmed is launched you have a white view port and when I tried to load a project it shows and error and then shot down.

Please try updating your graphics drivers and ensure you have the latest available. Please see the links below to check.

If you still have problems after updating, please open Project Settings (CTRL+SHIFT+P) and then change the color mode to Classic. If the preview window then becomes visible, you can try switching back to PBR.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I checked my Grapic card drivers and noticed it is up to date. However, I did all the other steps you instructed and noticed the problem persisted. I however, made a fresh install of CC 2 Beta 1 and noticed the programme runs as expected but the issue occurred again as soon as I installed CC Bonus Lady Pirate.
OS: Windows 10

Same problem. Graphics card and drivers all up to date. Changing settings has no effect.

What graphics card are you using ? A white screen is normally a graphics display issues?? Depending on what card you have you might have to make a few adjustments.
