Issue 255
Certain AMD video cards exported fuzzy videos. Provided "Hardware Video Encoder" checkbox under Render > Format
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch iClone 6
2. Load a random project
3. Open Render panel, select Video, then set Format to MOV, set Output Size to 1920x1080 / 1280x720, set Export Range to From 1 To 600, click to export
4. Check the exported video
ACTUAL RESULT
It exported fuzzy video
EXPECTED RESULT
The exported video can play correctly
