Cant apply Subdivision Bug

When try to apply Subdivision to a non Standard character (all quads) iClone sends this error and crashes

OS: Windows 10

Hi ahingel,

Can you provide crash dump file to us?

Once crash, don't close the memory DLG，try to find the dump file under：
Step1: Open the Task Manager
Step2: Click the "Processes" tab
Step3: Right-click on the "iClone 7 AP"
Step4: Click the "Create dump file"

no sorry, i cant share this character.
but i didnt do something different. even if its all quads or tris still have the same issue.
also not all the mesh parts are joined together if that helps.
