Cannot open .iAvatar file in iClone

Cannot open .iAvatar file in iClone

While in iClone 8

1. File>Import>import .iAvatar file.
2. get error message "Failed to load the file"
3. Have tried many different files from CC4
4. Will not import file from CC4 as well.

OS: Windows 11

If it still happen in iClonev8.4,,please provide your project file to help us identify the problem.Please attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
