I purchased Cartoon Animator 4 April 2021. It may be version 4.1 to 4.4 I have never done animation before and I love your program's possibilities.
However, also in April I purchased some characters in your store. I have yet to be able to use them and can't even find some of them to try. Having to fill out a Support Ticket and converse in text is impossible for a Novice. A Tech person on the phone could tell me in 5 minutes what I need to know.
Today I was creating a character and the system crashed. I then received the attached error message and in spite of a working internet and computer that functions for every other thing I need like Photoshop Premium I cannot get Cartoon Animator to load
Very frustrating and needless to say the project I planned to do is dead in the water
Please remember what it was like when you were just starting out and help
Also- I attempted to attach the System Info file multiple times and never got an execute option
