"Cannot find the program associated with the downloaded file(s). Please install iClone Character Creator first."
Hi,
I bought some contents (including Headshot).
I installed correctly Headshot.
The problem is that the extra contents (1000 Morphs for Headshot, Cnforming Hair vol. 2, some other dresses...) can't be installed and the hub wrote this message:
"Cannot find the program associated with the downloaded file(s). Please install iClone Character Creator first."
All the softwares are upgaded and originals.

I don't know how to do.
OS: Windows 10

This message normally pop up when user's CC/IC didn't match the required version.
Please make sure CC is match to CC v3.2, also you can click the string "I would like to install to a specified version", to see which version that Downloader got.
Your help is highly appreciated!
