Issue 130
Cannot find Mini Viewport dialog when program is initialized
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install iClone 6 to the computer that has never installed iClone 6 before
2. Launch iClone 6
3. Navigate to Menu > Window> Mini Viewport
ACTUAL RESULT
Fail to launch Mini Viewport
EXPECTED RESULT
Mini Viewport can be launched correctly
