Can't move hand position correctly via "Edit Motion Layer"
I set a reach target for the left hand at frame 83, and there was no target before. And when I moved the left hand through "Edit Motion Layer" at frame 75, the left hand seemed to be sucked and could not move to the position I wanted.

Please check if there is a transition key,if yes,that's expected.

It is because of the transition key. You can shorten the range of transition key.
