When it exports the items they are exported as single items of a group not a whole FBX like in the tutorials. For example, if using the Walls and Towers kit in iClone and I add pieces like a door, steps and balcony. When I export it, it exports as three items of a group not one complete FFBX and it comes in completely white. The materials are there but they are white as well. When you drop them in the scene they stay white. You can't apply materials to them either, they just stay white. If I bring them in piece by piece and assemble them in UE 4.24 they come in fine.
Hi Molly,
So, to answer your question. I unchecked the Skeletal Mesh and checked the Combine Meshes and that allowed the materials to come in. According to the video from Kia they should export into a single FBX and that is not the case either, how do I get it to do that as well?

Hi SagaStudios,
When you import FBX to Unreal, did you check Combine Meshes, and uncheck Skeletal Mesh?

So, I was able to determine the issue comes from the Character Creator Plugin. If you turn it off and leave iClone Plugin on they import but the materials aren't all that enhanced. If you leave it creates problems. Everything from deleting pieces of the mesh to deleting materials.
