Issue 11831
Can't Purchase "Derivative Content" Base Product
Hello. I need some help. I have a scene that has only a Motion_Dummy_Female in it, and I have been using a combination of AccuPose and hand gestures to create an animation. Halfway through, I noticed an iClone watermark had appeared in the scene, which after some investigation I understand to mean that somehow I was now using trial content. Other than AccuPose (I’m subscribed to Infinity and am not working offline), the Motion Dummy character, and several of the included hand gestures, I had used a few gestures from a pose pack called Female Hand Gestures, by Toua Xiong that I purchased on 05-28-24. Upon inspecting the product page, I noticed that it said it was “Derivative Content,” and that I must purchase the “Base Content” listed as Standing_Pose_01. I clicked on the provided link to the Standing_Pose_01 page, which had no content description whatsoever, but I did have the option of “buying” it for $0. Except when I clicked on Add to Cart, I got a message saying, “Not available for purchase.” In the product Q&A tab, another customer tried to get help from the seller regarding the same issue in August 2024, with no answer. I put a lot of work into this animation and do not want, nor would I appreciate having to start over, but even after I deleted the poses from the pack from my animation, and after I right-clicked on the pack and chose “uninstall content,” which is supposed to be the official way to get rid of the watermark other than buying the product (which I own), it remains. Please advise. Thanks.
