On the Hotkey manager it should be the hitting the 'V' key would allow you to roll the camera. It seems like both the hotkey and the entire tool doesnt work. It doesn't work if you remap the key. When you try to access it from the icon bars by clicking down from the orbit tool, it's always greyed out.

If you want to use hotkey "V",you must enable “Roll” first.Please go to Edit menu,uncheck "Lock Horizon" in Camera sub-menu.Then you can press "V" button.
