CTA3 crashes when loading scenes etc. from content library
I just purchased the software, installed all content. Unfortunately the software crashes when I try to load the Demos or characters to work with.
The loading bar gets to 80% and then CTA3 crashes.
Running CTA3 in administrator mode didn't help.


I am running a 64bit AMD machine with 8GB. CTA2 Pipeline worked like charm - which I have deinstalled now. I even did a cleanup of the registry files before installing the new software.

<meanwhile support sent me a link to the hotfix for 64bit version. this resolved the issue for me.

For Windows users experiencing crashing issues, please try launching the 32bit version instead of the 64bit version. We have found this will help in most cases and is worth trying until the permanent fix is released. To launch CTA3 in 32bit mode, please use Windows File Explorer to navigate to the folder below and double click CrazyTalk Animator.exe.

C:\Program Files\Reallusion\CrazyTalk Animator 3\bin\

If the 32bit version still not working, please contact our customer support to get a test version.
