CTA 3.1 installer creates resource folders directly at the root of C

I had a paid version of CTA 3 Pipeline and I downloaded the 3.1 patch and installed it. It seems that the installation was without errors being that no errors were displayed and the installation concluded with a message saying that the 3.1 patch has been installed.

I noticed that the installation process places a large amount of resource folders directly at the root of C. These types of files are generally (by other similar applications) never placed in individual folders directly at the root of the C-drive.

Registries possibly messed up by other software, reinstall resolved the problem.

You have reported 3 issues, 2213, 2214, 2215, regarding the problem about CTA 3.1 patch. Please let us know what is the update path from 3.0 to 3.1? For instance, 3.0 -> 3.01 -> 3.02 -> 3.03 -> 3.1, or 3.0 -> 3.1, or what is the path?

Does CTA3 works normally before you update to 3.1?
