CC 2.12 crashes on startup

I'm having problem starting CC 2.12, it crashes on startup. I however can start up CC (the pre release zip version).

This problem was first reported on 25 June followed by numerous diagnostic feedback to determine the problem (Ticket ID: 118472). The last feedback I received was on 21 July stating that developers were investigating the problem.

Were you able to set your computer to always use the Nvidia graphics card?
