This is an example of a antagonistically formulated request, so it is unclear what you want to achieve. 


Blender is not the standard of all things 3D, and well, to be honest, Blender drives me nuts, so there...  Of course you could always stick with Blender. They tell me you can do everything with it.


Modeling has been kept out of the application on purpose because once you start including that people will just want more and more.

Why are you afraid of including really BASIC modeling e.g. creating windows and doors?  The advantage of iClone is that it a dumbed down version of 3D creation programs but you are taking it too far.  Who wants a wall with two default windows? How about of indication of scale in terms of actual measurements?  These are baby steps for code writers.
