I've suggested this exact same thing in the past but with a little more detail, example: surveys are often given out and people can collect a reward for participation in a survey or webinar survey but what about bug reports or major ideas that would later be proven to increase wealth for the company? Reallusion is a pretty amazing company, the more they grow, the more opportunities become available. They adapt good ideas, so with this idea we have to make it make sense as an advantage for them as well as us because the bottom line is "our success is their success" and vice versa. Good programs and policies sell themselves faster/better than any advertising. The main issue I believe is a matter of how many Devs that are available that can fix the bugs in a short period of time. We can offer all the suggestions for enhancements and bugs we like whether a beta tester or not but the team is fairly limited in size. Some bugs are not bugs, they are user errors and some requested features already exist - this all takes up their time sorting through the feedback and might delay resolving existing bugs if the issue sounds to be critical. I've been using the products for years and even when the product is released and new bugs are found, the Devs have to play catch up and sometimes talk back and forth with users on here for clarity -which can be a waiting game if feedback submitters don't respond in a timely manner or there are simply gaps in communication.
This is a really great Idea. You could give users that have found issues redeemable DA Points as an example.
