Text support in CTA3 is rudimentary and lets the product down. It needs much better text features, for example:

Allow text to be created and edited directly on the stage.
Provide animation and motion support for text.
Provide built-in animation presets. Maybe include kinetic text features.
Allow text size, position, angle, etc. to be edited on the timeline to produce various effects.
