Audio sounds working in acculips but not working in timeline

hi,
I have checked all the audio option in iclone as well as in system, but the timeline audio is mute ,when click on acculips tab it work there, would someone please , sort out this issue for.

Hi Calvin 

I checked all the forum and checked the vocal voulume as well as sound mixer .But the issue still persists. Would you please help me to solve the issue?

I understand your frustration—I've encountered the same issue with iClone 8. It's perplexing that the sound plays in Acculips but not from the timeline. I've attempted importing different sound clips into the timeline, but unfortunately, none seem to work.

Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback !
Cause we can't reproduce this issue, can you help me upgrade the IC versions to the latest version ( 8.32 ), and check Vocal Volume setting of play bar.
If Vocal Volume isn't Unmute , you can check character viseme \ voice track.
