Application error on Iclone 8

Hi supporter

Please help me see the error below.
This is not the first time this error has occurred. but 7 times in 1 hour using it.
The detail is just opening the pre-made file and only 1-2 operations is the program error. File size is about 1.1Gb

can add camera or light or any rotation... also lead to the same error as above.
hope you support this annoying iclone 7 version.

sorry for the late reply.

About the error 7-8 times in a short time when opening the file more than 1 Gb, I already know part of the reason.
The cause of this time does not come from low or high machine configuration. which comes from CPU heatsink error which leads to software failure.
After handling the radiator fan error, ICLONE no longer appears the other error. and I have tested the new file up to 2 Gb with no errors.
Of course, in the future, if there are any other errors, I will contact you.
This could be one of the coolest finds I've come across. because in the past when using iclone 7.93 or CC3 it was very common to have such errors.

You and software developers can refer to this case.
