Animation flipped

I put an animation.
I separate the animation into 2 parts.
I keep each part separately.
I try to put the animation back together and it is bugged.

and the other thing that happens to me is that in the transition of the animation it turned.

i have RTX 2070, 32gb ram, ryzen 1700.

Thank you very much for the help, I am very grateful, in the end I had to deactivate the "Reset Motion Root Rotation" so that it does not continue to happen, I am a beginner in Iclone.

uncheck this before you apply the motion
Animation > Motion setting Option > UNCHECK Align to actor Orientation
