Allow smoothing of mocap clips the same way facial mocap can be smoothed

So now that we have the ability to smooth facial mocap in two distinct ways on the timeline, why not add this capability to body mocap on the timeline? It would be very useful for us capturing a wide variety of ways, and should be just as simple (so just use the same code as you use on the face).

Yeah, that's not the same as the smoothing options offered for lip sync now.  Please watch the following video to see:

At the 14:23 mark 3DTester shows the new smoothing options which only exist for facial mocap.  AND he talks about how they are superior to the methods you show above.  So we could really use them.
