After update to iClone 8.4, Pack-specific thumbnails are not showing

NOTE: I reported a similar issue for CC 4.4 in FB #11020.

I updated iClone to version 8.4, and now the thumbnails for Packs are no longer showing. Instead, there are generic thumbnails.

See the attached screenshot: IC84_Pack_thumbnails_not_showing.jpg.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Update to version 8.4.
2. Open Content Manager/Template and select the Pack tab.
3. Observe that only generic thumbnails are showing.

OS: Windows 10

Hi Molly,

As I indicated, this problem is unrelated to a specific project. It has to do with the situation after I upgraded to 8.4. I appreciate that this is not something you can repeat and that is it maybe unique to my particular setup. It's is strange though that it happened on two different systems. 

I just wanted to report it in case others have the same issue. It is OK by me if you close this item as it don't know what further information to provide.

I "solved" this by reinstalling the content from scratch, that is, by removing the Reallusion Template folder and doing a full install of iClone 8.4. This will recreate the folder structure. This is of course far from ideal.
