After exporting, the animation moves in place

Hi. After exporting, the animation moves in place. The "move in place" button does not work. Regardless of the selected option, the character jumps in place and does not move forward. Until a month ago, everything was working as it should. I have attached 2 short videos showing this problem.

OS: Windows 10
