Activating entire library of assets.
I have been a user of iClone for many years, taking a sabbatical for several years. I have just started to use iClone 7 and had to redownload all my files to version 7, it took a long time! I downloaded them all, at least I think so although I can't see my Granny J's files, and went to Help/Activate entire library. Every asset I have was purchased over the years, directly from Reallusion or from Marketplace. When the activation finished I was surprised to see that nearly 35,000 files were skipped and, I assume, not activated. I confess to be being upset because of this non-activation. Can you explain this to me please?

I have followed your instructions for "RLSystemInfoCollector-Windows.zip" but am unable to find the file "RL_FBT_UserSystemInfo_Windows.zip" on my system. I tried to rerun the collector but it produced an error report.

Hi Kenmatthews,

Sorry for the late reply. 
Did you use RLDownloader to download your contents? If this is the case, the contents should already be activated after installation, you should be able to use them without needing to "Activate entire library". The 34973 files were skipped because they had already been activated by RLDownloader.
