Alright, I took a screenshot before rigging and after rigging, both files changed the modified time. Here are the Autorig files: https://we.tl/t-yLkA7xEcTK Had to upload to WeTransfer since the iAvatar was 25MB. Thank you
Hi luis.grtmb, Our development team is unable to reproduce this issue, so we need your help to provide some information. Step 1: Go to the following location and record the last modified time of the file "autorig.glb" %localappdata%\Reallusion\ActorCore AccuRIG Step 2: Open AccuRIG and reproduce the issue. Step 3: Go back to the location from Step 1 and check if the last modified time of autorig.glb has changed. Step 4: If the timestamp has changed, please provide me with the "autorig.glb" and "autorig.iAvatar" files from the Step 1 location. You can attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. you can use private comment if you want to keep it private. Hey Allen, Thank you for getting back to me. I've actually been trying with just the sample characters but none of them work. I've recorded a video showing the issue using the sample character Bianca: https://streamable.com/olwa8g I'm not sure how useful it will be but I've still attached the FBX in a zip file. I also just updated to 1.3.9 but it still doesn't render. I don't know what else to do, nothing seems to get the character to render on screen for the final step.
Thank you for your feedback. Please provide your FBX/OBJ file to help us identify the problem. You can attach the file in your next comment.
