A smaller 256 texture size export option for distant crowds
For distant crowds, we can almost just use thumbnails. I think 256 is probably as small as we would ever want.

We already have 256 x 256 export textures for cloth, it's just that there are no texture size selections for skin and hair. We do have a full choice of export settings for CC2 characters in CC3.
