I'm having a very similar problem. 3Dxchange was working fine for me, until I installed the latest nVidia graphics driver. Since then, when I try to run 3dxchange, I see the splash screen, followed by a tiny box in the top left corner of the screen for a split second, then nothing. I've tried running in admin mode, didn't work. I also uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I also tried reverting to my original graphics driver, and to an assortment of others (391.24, 390.77, 390.77, 388.71, 382.52). Each time I did a clean install. Nothing worked. You might think "Just use the direct export from iClone" but that has even bigger problems. That export route is not identical, and the only pipeline that works for me is through 3dxchange. I have deadlines bearing down on me so I'd appreciate your help with this!

I did do a clean install or Nvidia driver. I updated to latest version as well. It just doesn't work. 300$ for a software that doesn't open and a quick response time of 1.5 months. Great going reallusion. Fix your s**t.
Hi gogstudios, Can you clean NVIDIA driver installation and try to launch 3DX again? https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/000025720/Nvidia-Driver-Clean-Installation Reallusion
3DXchange 7.0 through 7.02 pro crashes after install. Double click on Icon, splash window appears then a white screen window appears about a 3x5 and disappears. Uninstalled and reinstall sever times. No success. Running windows 10, Nvidia GEForce GTX 950m graphics card and intel graphics card on machine. Direct x 9 through 12 on machine. Windows 10 Home OS. Have not been able to use the program at all since purchase. 3DXchange 6.0 does the same thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had a similar issue, and i resolved it by rolling back my graphics driver. The newer driver was causing 3DX to crash. You may want to track down some old drivers and test them out.
