Hi, I tried to get the crash dump file with the instructions given to me in the link you sent, but was unsuccessful. i followed the instructions properly till the document said that you will find the crash dump file in the so and so folder, but there was no such folder available. I even tried uninstalling iClone 7 and 3DXchange and then reinstalling them but that still didn't solve my problems. 3dXchange is still crashing.
