I just purchased Magda 3D realistic head scan and her morph is not working. I followed the tutorial and dragged her head onto the base character and hit OK in the pop up with everything checked, the head is now the base male/female head with low quality textures. As you can see the attached photo is not the $30 Magda head i paid for. Please help.

The steps we found to repeat this issue is that download and install this head pack while CC3 was running, and then use the Magda head right away. Since the Content Manager of CC3 didn't refresh after the new content installed, so that it couldn't find the slider. But in this case, if you close and restart CC3, the problem should be gone.
