5. I plan to get plugins, mocap profiles or some content during this promotion. Will the plugins and content be compatible with iC8 and CC4?

   Yes. Feel free to acquire any software, plugins and content you like at the Software and Content Stores to meet the specific order value for the pre-sale campaign from Nov. 1st to Dec. 31st, 2021. If you get an iC8 or CC4 free upgrade, you will also get a free upgrade of your existing plugins and newly purchased plugins to the latest version under your own Reallusion account. In addition, all the iC7 / CC 3 content packs you purchase will work with iClone8 / Character Creator 4.
   
   Examples below:
   
   Example 1:
   Q: I have iClone7 and Motion LIVE plugin. I plan to purchase content over $399 during the promotional period, so I’ll get a free Character Creator 4. Can I get a free iClone 8 and Motion LIVE plugin for iClone 8?
   
   A: If your accumulated order value during the promotional period is $399+, then you will qualify for a free copy of Character Creator 4. According to the Free Plugin Upgrade Rule (see FAQ 2-3), your plugins for CC3 will be upgraded to the latest version for CC4. If your accumulated order value does not meet $699 or more, then you will not get the free iClone 8 or related plugins upgrades for iClone 8.
   
   Example 2:
   Q: I already have Character Creator 3 and the Headshot plugin, and I plan to purchase the Skingen premium plugin and content over $399. Will I get all the above items upgraded?
   
   A: Yes, according to the Free Plugin Upgrade Rule (see FAQ 2-3), if you spend over $399, then you will get a free Character Creator 4 and the upgraded versions of Headshot and SkinGen premium plugins for Character Creator 4.
   
   Example 3:
   Q: I already have iClone 7, Character Creator 3, related plugins, and I will purchase Cartoon Animator 4 and content to meet the amount of $699. Can I get all of the above items upgraded ?
   
   A: If you spend over $699, then you may choose iClone 8 OR Character Creator 4. If you choose iClone 8, then you are able to upgrade the existing plugins of iClone 7 to the latest iClone 8 version. You will not get Character Creator 4 or CC related plugins upgraded, and vice versa. Thus, we recommend you to spend $100 more, so your accumulated order value may reach $799. In this way, you will get both Free iC8 and CC4, and free upgrades for all your previous plugins for iC7 and CC3.
