Abandoned Washroom by NOT Lonely in PBR

This is the Sixth and last of the interior scenes in a series of packs based on the "Abandoned School" by NOT Lonely. All props are high quality PBR textured including Base Colour, Normal, AO, metallic and roughness. The School Exterior will be the final pack.

This pack includes the Abandoned Washroom as shown in promos (promos created in iClone 7 & Unity) and is provided with 4 Walls Separate, as well as the Ceiling so each can be hidden for better camera angles. All items are sub props that can be moved or deleted to your liking. The props are also provided in a separate folder for adding to this scene, or for use in your own project.

The Entrance Door has a built in PERFORM to Open or Close. The Decals folder contains numerous items for creating a more aged look which include dirt decals, graffiti, paper waste decals, leaky mildew decals, etc.

Washroom stall doors are set on pivots correctly so they can be opened/closed on the timeline.
