Buddy character body parts have been reduced to a number of 8, making it much faster to create or import one, but still keeping fully funciontality of G2. The hand accessories in this pack support multiple angles, making it a lot easier to create animation with props in hands.
Use the embedded CrazyTalk Animator Render Styles, or installed Infographic Palettes for lighting fast color customization. |

How to Apply Hand Accessories
You can find Hand Accessories in the Sprite Editor. Simply choose your target accessory and CTA will automatically change all the angles during animation.

Adjust Hand Accessory Angles
If you wish to adjust the way your character holds an accessory, then you need to select the correct hand angle by using the “Custom Angle” drop-down menu, found inside the Sprite Editor. Please do not manually rotate a single hand sprite, as doing so will compromise the multi-angle sprite arrangement. |

Adjust Buddy Character Sizes
1. Buddy characters may be relatively small compared to regular CTA G2 characters. So if you wish to adjust the size of a Buddy character, then you need to enlarge the character directly in the Stage mode. Enlarging your Buddy character inside the Character Composer will change the offset relation between certain body parts, thus affecting your 2D animation look. |
2. Changing a Buddy character size inside the Character Composer mode will affect the offset between body parts, resulting in an incorrect 2D animation result. As the 2D motion data saves the absolute offset value. |

Combine Use of Hand Accessories with Props
The Bonus props found in the “Buddy Plaza” Pack, can be easily combined with Hand Accessories sprites from the Buddy Build pack to create interesting animations such as; “picking up a lollipop from ground” as shown below. |
