  1. What’s the Difference Between the Annual Plan and the Perpetual License?
    The key difference is the access period for the product.

  2. What Are the Benefits of the Annual Plan?

  3. Can I Convert from an Annual Plan to a Perpetual License?
    Yes! To upgrade, simply purchase the Perpetual License for your existing suite and apply the exclusive $199 off coupon code at checkout:

    Note:
    1. Even after upgrading, your Annual Plan will remain active until its expiration date.
    2. Make sure to use the coupon code while your Annual Plan is active—it won’t be available afterward.
  4. Where Can I Find My Purchased Content After Subscribing to the Annual Plan?
    After purchasing the Annual Plan, launch iClone or Character Creator and go to the Smart Content Manager to access your purchased items.
    Note: These products will not appear in your Content Store inventory.

  5. What Happens If My Annual Plan Expires? Will the Suite Be Removed?
    When your Annual Plan expires, you can either renew for another year or purchase a Perpetual License.
    If you choose not to renew, the suite will no longer be available for use. However, you can still open and view derivative assets created with the suite, but they will be watermarked and non-exportable.

    Full access will be restored upon renewing your Annual Plan.
     
  6. As a Workgroup Owner, Can I Purchase the Annual Plan and Share It with My Team?
    Yes! As a Workgroup Owner, you can purchase the Annual Plan and share the suite with your workgroup members. This allows your team to access essential 3D content and collaborate seamlessly.
  7. Can I Use the Suite for Commercial Projects?
    Yes, both the Annual Plan and Perpetual License allow the use of the content for commercial projects and purposes, as specified in our Content EULA.

    Note: Digital Human Suite includes an Extended Ready License, while the Motion Director Suite is offered with a Standard License only. For more details, please refer to our Content License FAQ.
     
  8. Can I Purchase the Annual Plan if I Have Already Bought Some Content Included in the Suites?
    Yes, your prior purchases will remain unaffected. By purchasing the Annual Plan, you’ll gain one-year access to the additional content that you don’t yet own. If the Annual Plan expires, your access to the content you originally purchased will be preserved.
  9. Are There Other Suites Available Under the Annual Plan?
    Currently, only the Digital Human Suite and Motion Director Suite offer the Annual Plan. All other content in the Content Store is available for Perpetual Licensing by default.
  10. If I’m Not Satisfied with the Annual Plan, Can I Receive a Refund Under the Cancellation Policy?
    Unfortunately, payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partially used Annual Plan periods or unused services, features, or benefits. 
    You can cancel your subscription for the following year at any time through the Account > Subscription page. After cancellation, you will still retain access to the Annual Plan benefits until the end of the current billing period.

  1. Terms and Conditions
    1. Annual Plan Purchase Instructions: 
    The 3D Essentials Annual Plan is available for all Reallusion account holders. To subscribe, follow these steps:
    • Sign up or log in to your Reallusion account.
    • Navigate to the 3D Essentials Annual Plan product page on the Reallusion Content Store.
    • Select the suite you wish to purchase and click Get One Year.
    • Complete the billing and payment details on the checkout page.
    • Wait for your payment to process and your Annual Plan to activate. 
    • Open iClone or Character Creator, and your new content will appear in the Smart Content Manager.

    2. Annual Plan Validity Period:
    The Annual Plan is billed on a 12-month cycle and will automatically renew at the end of each term, unless manually canceled or terminated due to unmet conditions. 
    For example, if you purchase the plan on March 12th, 2025, your next renewal will occur on March 12th, 2026, with subsequent renewals every year after that.

    3. Annual Fee:
    The annual fee of $199.00 is charged for each individual suite. If payment is not made by the deadline, your Annual Plan will automatically terminate, and you will need to renew to regain access to the content.
    To avoid automatic charges, you must cancel the renewal before the next renewal date. You can cancel at any time before the plan expires by logging into your account and visiting the Account > Subscription page.

    4. Billing and Cancellation:
    • Payment Method:
    To apply for and maintain your Annual Plan, you must provide a valid payment method. Accepted payment processors include Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

    If a payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other issues, your subscription will be discontinued until the balance is settled. Some payment processors may apply additional fees, such as foreign transaction charges.
     
    • Updating Payment Methods:
    You can update your payment method by visiting the Account > Subscription page and clicking the "Change Payment Method" button to enter your new payment details.
     
    • Subscription Cancellation:
    You can cancel your Annual Plan subscription at any time by going to the Account > Subscription page and adjusting your account settings.
    Payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used Annual Plan periods or unused services, features, or benefits. After canceling your subscription, you will retain access to the Annual Plan benefits until the end of the current billing period.
